Revenue generated

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad spend, offer quality, and client responsiveness.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Supply required assets (e.g., ad creatives, branding materials) in a timely manner

Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)

Cover all third-party costs, including ad spend, software subscriptions, and platform fees unless otherwise stated in writing

Delays or failures caused by missing information or approvals are not our responsibility.

Payments & Fees

Pricing, payment terms, and billing schedules are determined during onboarding or outlined in a separate written agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Cosino Sueza remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients retain ownership of their original content, branding, and business assets.

You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

Third-Party Platforms

We may integrate or work with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, CRMs, email services).

We are not responsible for:

Platform outages

Policy changes

Account suspensions or bans

Data loss caused by third-party services

Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosino Sueza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, Cosino Sueza’s total cumulative liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the Client to Cosino Sueza during the most recent billing period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Clients may terminate Services in accordance with the terms of their specific agreement.

Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
